Balanced Weave Belt
The most widely used process-industry belt: straight-running, high tensile strength and economical.

- Food processing, Glass and ceramic tile processing
Elongated spirals reinforced with straight cross rods for strength at high temperature with little stretch.

Rod Reinforced Belt – made to order by Roshan Industries.
Rod reinforced belts are made from relatively elongated spirals woven together and reinforced by inserting a straight cross rod between them.
This construction withstands high tensile loads at elevated temperatures with very little elongation, lengthwise or widthwise — making it a strong choice for furnaces and heavy-duty heat processing.
Elongated spirals woven together, with a straight cross rod inserted between each pair for reinforcement.
Width, length, wire diameter, mesh, material and edge finish are made to your requirement. Available edges: Welded edge, Bent edge, Chain edge. See belt edge types.
Values as published by Roshan Industries. Other combinations made to order — confirm final specification with our engineers.

Industries: Heat Treatment & Industrial, Glass & Ceramic Tiles
Belt life depends on correct installation and break-in, conveyor alignment and condition, load and load concentration, operating temperature and contaminants. Keep the conveyor aligned, avoid concentrated loads, and inspect edges and joints regularly.
Choose rod reinforced construction when the belt carries significant load at high temperature and you need minimal stretch over its working life.
R-9 (heavy loads), R-10 (medium), R-11 (light) and R-12 (small loads), each in several wire combinations listed above.
