Balanced Weave Belt
The most widely used process-industry belt: straight-running, high tensile strength and economical.

- Depends on alloy
- Used for
- Food processing, Glass and ceramic tile processing
Mesh belt with pitched chains on both edges for positive drive, extra strength and trouble-free tracking.

Chain Edge Belt – made to order by Roshan Industries.
Chain edge belts carry a rationally pitched chain at both sides, bolted or welded to reinforcing rods that pass through the belt.
They are used where tracking is a problem because of greasy or oily substances, or where the load must be carried against gravity on an incline. For this reason they are also called 'track-free' conveyors. When additional strength is needed and tracking must be controlled, chain-driven belts are the best choice.
Wire mesh (balanced, rod reinforced or flat wire) carried on reinforcing rods fixed to pitched side chains, bolted or welded.
Width, length, wire diameter, mesh, material and edge finish are made to your requirement. Available edges: Chain edge (bolted or welded). See belt edge types.

This belt is made to order. Width, length, wire, mesh and edge are selected for your conveyor and product — send us your requirement and we will recommend a specification.
Industries: Food Processing & Freezing, Heat Treatment & Industrial, Biscuit & Bakery
Belt life depends on correct installation and break-in, conveyor alignment and condition, load and load concentration, operating temperature and contaminants. Keep the conveyor aligned, avoid concentrated loads, and inspect edges and joints regularly.
The side chains run on sprockets, so the belt is positively guided and cannot drift even with oily products.
Belt width, length, chain pitch, product, load, temperature and conveyor drawing if available.

The most widely used process-industry belt: straight-running, high tensile strength and economical.

Elongated spirals reinforced with straight cross rods for strength at high temperature with little stretch.

Built from flat strip and rod for heavier loads than wire belts, with high flexibility.
