What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter — name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, country and city, your belt requirements, any file you upload — together with the page you sent it from, campaign (UTM) tags, your IP address and the time of submission.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and follow up on your requirement. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries and uploaded files are stored on our web server in a location that is not publicly accessible, sent to our sales mailbox, and may be recorded in our internal business system. Access is limited to staff who handle enquiries.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for record-keeping required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

The website is written in English. If you choose another language, or your browser is set to one, the page is translated by Google Translate: the page text and your IP address are sent to Google for this, subject to Google's privacy policy.
