Annealing, hardening and quenching lines need belts that hold strength at temperature. We make rod reinforced, balanced weave, Gratex and chain edge belts in alloys up to Inconel and nickel-chrome. Our belts are also supplied to pharmaceutical, cement, tyre and chemical manufacturers.
Inconel 600 and nickel-chrome are rated to 1150 °C.
Chain edge, bent edge and honeycomb belts are used in quenching and frying.

The most widely used process-industry belt: straight-running, high tensile strength and economical.

Elongated spirals reinforced with straight cross rods for strength at high temperature with little stretch.

Closely wound spirals with straight rods — a stronger semi-closed mesh for small parts and heavy loads.

Built from flat strip and rod for heavier loads than wire belts, with high flexibility.

Large-pore wire belt that lets chocolate or oil drain freely during enrobing and quenching.

Mesh belt with pitched chains on both edges for positive drive, extra strength and trouble-free tracking.
Send us your belt width, length, material and process details — or a drawing or photo of your current belt — and our engineers will recommend a specification and quote.
