Oven bands, cooling belts, enrober belts and chain-driven mesh belts for biscuit making plants — made to your conveyor dimensions.
A biscuit making line runs on several different metal belts, and each one does a different job: the oven band bakes, the cooling conveyor brings biscuits down to packing temperature, enrober belts carry chocolate or cream coating, and mesh belts move product between machines. Roshan Industries has supplied these biscuit conveyor belts to biscuit manufacturers and oven builders since 1974.
| Stage | Belt | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Baking | Z-47 Articulated Wire Belt | Flat, open Z-47 articulated wire band that carries dough through the tunnel oven, up to 600 °C. |
| Cooling | Biscuit Cooling Conveyor Belt | Open wire mesh belt so air passes through the biscuits from below as well as above before stacking and packing. |
| Chocolate & cream coating | Enrober Belt | Large-pore wire belt that lets surplus chocolate or coating drain away freely during enrobing. |
| Coating – heavier products | Honeycomb Belt | Flat strip-and-rod belt with higher load capacity and flexibility, used for chocolate enrobing. |
| Handling, inclines & oily products | Chain Edge Belt | Mesh belt with chains on both edges for positive drive and trouble-free tracking where products are greasy or the conveyor climbs. |
| Drying & general conveying | Balanced Weave Belt | Straight-running balanced weave wire mesh belt in mild or stainless steel, for drying and process conveyors. |
| Ovens & tunnel freezers | Laminated Belt | Positive-drive eye-link belt, −40 °C to 400 °C, with a large open area that is easy to clean. |

Open wire mesh belts for cooling biscuits after the oven, built to your conveyor dimensions.

Large-pore wire belt that lets chocolate or oil drain freely during enrobing and quenching.

Built from flat strip and rod for heavier loads than wire belts, with high flexibility.

Mesh belt with pitched chains on both edges for positive drive, extra strength and trouble-free tracking.

The most widely used process-industry belt: straight-running, high tensile strength and economical.
Our belts have been supplied to manufacturers including:
A typical line uses an oven band for baking (usually a Z-47 articulated wire band), wire mesh belts for cooling, enrober belts for chocolate or cream coating, and chain-edge or balanced weave belts for handling and drying. The table above lists each stage.
An open wire mesh belt, so air passes through the product from below as well as above. We make biscuit cooling conveyor belts in the weave, wire and material that suit your conveyor and product.
Yes. Every belt is made to the customer's specification — width, length, wire, material and edge. Send the dimensions or a photo of your current belt.
Yes. Send the details of each conveyor — oven, cooling, coating and handling — and we will quote each belt together.
List the belts you need — oven, cooling, coating, handling — with widths and lengths. Photos of the existing belts help.
