How an order moves through our works
Requirement review
We study your conveyor, product, load and temperature — from your form, drawing or a sample of your old belt.
Material selection
We select the alloy and wire for the duty, using quality wire from Tata Steel and Visakhapatnam Steel.
Weaving & forming
Spirals, rods, links or strips are formed and assembled into the chosen weave — balanced, rod reinforced, Z-47, laminated and more.
Edge finishing
Edges are welded, bent or fitted with side chains to suit the conveyor.
Inspection
Every belt is factory-inspected for accurate specification and workmanship.
Dispatch & support
Belts are dispatched across India and for export, with technical support for installation.
